Unboxing Dyson Airwrap multi-styler for the first time.

I posted one reel on my Instagram a few days back and got many DMs for posting a review on the Dyson Airwrap styler. What best way to start than starting with the most expensive fashion/beauty investment till date? Dyson is well-known for its quality package and for delivering the best results. And yes, can’t miss the fact that it comes with many functional extra attachments.

Dyson carries the following hair tools. Choose what your need is and buy the product you want.

Hair Styler (Dyson Airwrap)

Hair Dryer (Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer)

Hair Straightners (Dyson Corrale Styler Straightener) (Dyson Airstrait Straightener)

My Hair type

I have very fine hair and silky hair. Long-lasting curls are impossible for me. I remember I used to “twist” the front part of my hair around my finger and hold it for a bit, and pretend to have beautiful curls. Even those lasted a maximum of a minute.

Why did I choose Dyson Airwrap?

I choose Dyson Airwrap because it is a multi-styler tool. It has many extra attachments to style my hair and try out various looks like blow dry, loose curls, and wavy styles. Dyson Airwrap is also the only multi-styler to curl, shape and hide flyaways using the Coanda effect. It also gives everlasting shine. And If I am investing $600 on it, it’s better to be!!

What comes in the box?

Honestly, the Dyson Airwrap box was pretty heavy and bigger than I expected. Inside the cardboard box, there is a big storage case, and all attachments are inside that storage case. I did remove all the attachments, but I am not sure how to put them all back in the same storage. I believe they should have some compartments to separate them for more convenient use. But it’s nice to have everything together in a storage box and leave it near your sight.

  1. A dryer (Coanda Soothing Dryer)

The main use of the dryer is, as the name suggests, to DRY HAIR. But the cool function is that it also smoothens the hair and hides flyaways from roots to ends.

  1. Long Curling Barrel (1.6 Inch Airwrap Long Barrel)

The main use of this Barrel is for loose and wavey curls. The new advanced feature (Rotating tip) in this is that you can switch the side of the curls clockwise and anticlockwise. If you want that fancy salon blow-dried hair look, this is the one for you!

  1. Curling Barrel (1.2 Inch Airwrap Long Barrel)

It’s a smaller barrel but for both hair types, longer and shorter.  I believe it’s for more defined hair and more volumized hair. Same features as other barrels with a clockwise and anticlockwise tip.

  1. Firm Soothing Brush

Basically, I feel it’s a good comb to remove frizz and a straighter styler for dry hair.. But here comes the fun part, it also helps in drying!! It does have an airflow too.

  1. Soft Soothing Brush

It is similar features to other brushes. But especially for Fine hair types like mine to have frizz-prone hair and a neat look.

  1. Round Volumizing Brush

There is various use for this brush; I have seen people volumizing their front bangs for wet hair. Another use of this brush is to volumize and face-framing style.

  1. Storage case

The box itself shows luxury and class. There were two colors on the website, Nickel/Copper and Prussian blue/rich copper. I loved the Nickel/copper effect, which is so chic. It is cushioned with fabric inside for attachment safety. And there is also a removable lid in the box to keep you separate from other attachments.

  1. Filter Cleaning Brush

Honestly, the Main use of this is to clean the filters. But I have to try how!!

Will I use all the attachments?? I don’t know. I do have many questions like

Is it worth it? Does the Dyson Airwrap curl last? How should I use it to save time? And most important, how to use Dyson Airwrap ?? Please let me know in the comments if you want the review blog.

Have you used a diffuser with the air dryer before? I have curly hair but it can get frizzy. Wondering how well diffusers work.
